A: All materials will be properly packed and to be loaded by container. Using model WA-GS-36S as an example, all materials can be loaded into a 20ft container.
A: W&A have been focusing on prefab building systems around 12 years. All our building materials are prefabbed with excellent detailed designs. Therefore, it will be very easy to learn how to assemble the house with skilled workers through viewing the instructional video.
A: In general, our houses are designed for permanent residency with a warranty for 25 years under terms and conditions.
